The Fine Print / House Rules

  1. For any Foreign National Guests, A separate C- Form needs to filled in immediately upon check in as per Govt
  2. Direct Room service is not available until further
  3. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines
  4. Aadhar Card, Passport, Indian Driving Licence are the only accepted IDs for Check Anyone of these in original for all the Guests are mandatory for check in.
  5. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at our Farm

Food and beverage services may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.

  1. Please inform Owner Jose Abraham on WhatsApp (+91 9080083685) of your expected arrival time in advance. You can contact us directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
  2. Guests are required to show a photo ID as per the point 7 without fail upon check-in. Any Check in would be refused without that. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  3. Any damages done to the facilities, the owner reserves the right to demand the compensation on fair policy
  4. Do not leave any valuable items like jewellery, watches, wallets, bank cards, etc while going out of Management shall not be held responsible under any circumstance for any such loss due to Non Compliance of this point.
  5. Always accompany your kids and move as a team as there are open ponds as well as to avoid any possible aggression from any wildlife
  6. Please avoid plastic
  7. Do not feed chocolates for Please check with care taker about the foods before feeding to the Farm animals / birds.
  8. Ensure adult supervision of your kids while playing / bathing in waterfalls or pools at all times. Management shall not be held responsible under any circumstance in case of any accidents due to Non Compliance of this
  9. Guests to report back to farm from sight seeing’s before 08:00 PM
